ÀCHEVAL collects personal information provided by The Customer to ÀCHEVAL, such as his/her name, email address, postal address, phone number, credit/debit card number, gender, birthday, personal interests, etc., passwords and security data, and payment information.


ÀCHEVAL collects personal information that The Customer voluntarily provide to ÀCHEVAL when engages in activities such as visiting ÀCHEVAL websites, installing or using its mobile apps, placing an order online, saving information with ÀCHEVAL online, contacting ÀCHEVAL with a question or concern, or participating in a contest, promotion, or survey. In general, when participating in activities on the Sites or otherwise contacting ÀCHEVAL. 


The personal information that ÀCHEVAL collects depends on the context of The Customer interactions with ÀCHEVAL and the Sites, the choices The Customer makes and the products and features he/she uses. The personal information ÀCHEVAL collects can include the following, among other:


Name and Contact Data: first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.
Credentials: passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access. 

Payment Data: data necessary to process The Customer payment if he/she makes purchases, such as his/her payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with his/her payment instrument. All payment data is stored by ÀCHEVAL´s payment processor and The Customer should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly to respond to his/her questions.
All personal information that The Customer provides to ÀCHEVAL must be true, complete and accurate, and The Customer must notify ÀCHEVAL of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected
​Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when The Customer visits ÀCHEVAL Sites.


ÀCHEVAL automatically collects certain information when The Customer visits, uses or navigates the Sites. This information does not reveal The Customer specific identity (like his/her name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as his/her IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when The Customer uses ÀCHEVAL Sites and other technical information. Information collected from other sources
ÀCHEVAL may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.

ÀCHEVAL may obtain information about The Customer from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information ÀCHEVAL receives from other sources includes social media profile information; marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links). ÀCHEVAL may combine The Customer personal information with this information received from other sources. In addition, if The Customers chooses to engage in social sharing, such as by connecting his/her social media account to his/her customer account or by logging into his/her customer account from his/her social media account, the social media site may share information with ÀCHEVAL about The Customer use of their services, including profile information, information about his/her contacts and content he/she has viewed or liked. Please refer to the social media site’s privacy settings to control how The Customer information is shared.


If The Customer submits any personal information relating to other people to ÀCHEVAL, he/she represents that he/she has the authority to do so and to permit ÀCHEVAL to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


ÀCHEVAL may maintain a record of The Customer product interests and the purchases he/she makes online.





  1. How does ÀCHEVAL use The Customer Information

ÀCHEVAL may use The Customer personal information to provide products and services and to support its business functions, for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of ÀCHEVAL agreement with The Customer, compliance with ÀCHEVAL legal obligations, and/or The Customer consent.


ÀCHEVAL uses personal information collected via its Sites for a variety of business purposes described below. ÀCHEVAL indicates the specific processing grounds its rely on next to each purpose listed below. 


To facilitate account creation and logon process. ​If The Customer chooses to link his/her account with ÀCHEVAL to a third party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), ÀCHEVAL uses the information The Customer allowed ÀCHEVAL to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process.

Allow The Customer to enroll and participate in a loyalty or customer relationship program.



Administer prize draws and competitions. ​ÀCHEVAL may use The Customer information to administer prize draws and competitions when The Customer elects to participate in competitions.

Request Feedback. ​ÀCHERVAL may use The Customer information to request feedback and to contact The Customer about his/her uses of ÀCHEVAL Sites.

To protect ÀCHEVAL Sites. ÀCHEVAL may use The Customer information as part of its efforts to keep its Sites safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).   1. Will The Customer Information be shared?

ÀCHEVAL only shares information with The Customer consent, to comply with laws, to protect his/her rights, or to fulfill business obligations.


ÀCHEVAL may process or share data based on the following legal basis: 


Consent: ​ÀCHEVAL may process The Customer data if he/she has given ÀCHEVAL 

specific consent to use his/her personal information in a specific purpose.


Legitimate Interests: ​ÀCHEVAL may process The Customer data when it is 

reasonably necessary to achieve its legitimate business interests.


Performance of a Contract: ​Where ÀCHEVAL has entered into an agreement with The Customer, ÀCHEVAL may process The Customer personal information to fulfill the terms of the contract. 


Legal Obligations: ​ÀCHEVAL may disclose The Customer information where ÀCHERVAL is legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements). 


Vital Interests: ​ÀCHEVAL may disclose The Customer information where ÀCHEVAL believes it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of its policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which ÀCHEVAL is involved. 


By The Customer. The Customer may disclose personal information when he/she posts content to ÀCHEVAL website, or other public forums, such as our brands’ social media pages, blogs, and online product reviews. Any information that The Customer discloses through these services will become public.


Social Sharing. The Customer personal information may be disclosed in connection with his/her social sharing activity, such as if The Customer log into his/her customer account from his/her social media account. By connecting his/her customer account and his/her social media account, The Customer authorize ÀCHEVAL to share information with his/her social media account provider, and The Customer understands that the use of the information ÀCHEVAL shares will be governed by the social media site’s privacy policy.



More specifically, ÀCHEVAL may need to process The Customer data or share The Customer personal information in the following situations:

Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers. ​ÀCHEVAL may share The Customer data with third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for ÀCHEVAL or on its behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. ÀCHEVAL may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Sites, which will enable them to collect data about how The Customer interacts with the Sites over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. Unless described in this Policy, ÀCHEVAL do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes. 


Business Transfers. ​ÀCHEVAL may share or transfer The Customer information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. 


Loyalty Programs. If The Customer chooses to participate in any loyalty or similar program in which a ÀCHEVAL is a part, and The Customer authorizes ÀCHEVAL or its credit card processor to provide information about his/her purchases to the company administering the program, ÀCHEVAL will share The Customer personal information with that program. The information The Customer authorizes ÀCHEVAL to disclose to the third-party loyalty program may include The Customer credit card number and the date and amount of his/her purchase, and may also include your name and other information The Customer has asked ÀCHEVAL to provide. Please note that once ÀCHEVAL discloses this information, loyalty company may use and share it with others in accordance with its own privacy policy. The Customer should review these policies carefully, as ÀCHEVAL has no control over them.


Other Disclosures. ÀCHEVAL also may share information about The Customer as described at the point of collection or otherwise pursuant to The Customer consent.


Direct Mail.  Once the transaction is done, if The Customer would prefer that ÀCHEVAL not share information about The Customer with other companies, please let ÀCHEVAL know by contacting support service at support@ÀCHEVAL.com



  1. What other information does ÀCHEVAL collect?

ÀCHEVAL may store and collect information that does not reveal The Customer specific identity or does not directly relate to an individual, such as browser and device information; information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies, demographic information and other information provided by The Customer; and aggregated information.


Specific information about how ÀCHEVAL uses such technologies and how The Customer can refuse certain cookies is set out in ÀCHEVAL Cookie Policy. 


ÀCHEVAL may use and disclose such information for any lawful purpose. If required, ÀCHEVAL will treat such information as personal information in accordance with this policy. ÀCHEVAL will also treat such information as personal information to the extent it is combined with personal information.


ÀCHEVAL may collect information in a diversity of ways, including:

  • The Customer browser or device: Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through The Customer device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, and browser click-through and usage data, among other.
  • Mobile applications: When The Customer download and use ÀCHEVAL mobile applications, ÀCHEVAL may track and collect usage data, such as the date and time the app on The Customer device accesses ÀCHEVAL servers and what information and files have been accessed, viewed and/or downloaded to the app based on The Customer device number or other identifier.
  • Cookies: Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer that The Customer is using. ÀCHEVAL websites, online advertisements, and emails use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to automatically collect information about The Customer interactions, such as browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, and other actions The Customer takes in connection with ÀCHEVAL website, online ads, and email. ÀCHEVAL may use the information for a variety of purposes, including to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively, to personalize The Customer experience, to understand how ÀCHEVAL website is used, to market ÀCHEVAL products and services, to measure the success of ÀCHEVAL marketing campaigns, and for security purposes. If The Customer browser is set to decline cookies, The Customer may not be able to access his/her customer account or make a purchase on ÀCHEVAL websites.
    If The Customer does not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows The Customer to automatically decline cookies or be given the choice of declining or accepting the transfer to your computer of a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular site. If The Customer does not accept cookies, he/she may experience some inconvenience in his/her uses of ÀCHEVAL sites.
  • Using pixel tags and other similar technologies: ÀCHEVAL may use pixel tags to, among other things, track the actions of users of its Sites and services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of our sites and services and response rates.
  • Analytics: ÀCHEVAL uses third-party service providers, including Google and Adobe, which use cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of it website and mobile applications.   • Adobe Flash: ÀCHEVAL may use Adobe Flash technology, including Flash Local Shared Objects (“Flash LSOs”), and other similar technologies to collect and store information about The Customer uses of ÀCHEVAL website and mobile applications. The Customer can adjust his/her Flash player settings to block Flash LSO storage on his/her computer. Please note that setting the Flash Player to limit acceptance of Flash LSOs may interfere with the functionality of some Flash applications, including those used in connection with ÀCHEVAL websites and mobile app.
  • IP Address: The Customer Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that The Customer is using by his/her Internet service provider. An IP address may be identified and logged automatically in ÀCHEVAL server log files whenever The Customer accesses ÀCHEVAL website, along with the time of the visit and the pages that were visited. The Customer IP address may also indicate his/her approximate physical location. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other technologies. ÀCHEVAL uses IP addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels and diagnosing server problems.
  • Location Information: When The Customer uses ÀCHEVAL website, mobile apps, and other services, ÀCHEVAL may use automated technology to collect information indicating the physical location of The Customer device, such as GPS data, cell phone tower data, Wi-Fi signals, or his/her device’s IP address. ÀCHEVAL may use and disclose The Customer location information as described before. The Customer may be permitted to allow or deny such uses, but if The Customer does deny them, ÀCHEVAL may not be able to provide The Customer with a personalized user experience.

  1. How long does ÀCHEVAL keep The Customer information?

ÀCHEVAL keeps The Customer information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require ÀCHEVAL keeping The Customer personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of The Customer´s account. 


When ÀCHEVAL has no ongoing legitimate business need to process The Customer personal information, ÀCHEVAL will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because The Customer personal information has been stored in backup archives), then ÀCHEVAL will securely store The Customer personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. 



  1. How does ÀCHEVAL keep The Customer information safe?

ÀCHEVAL has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information processed. However, please also remember that ÀCHEVAL cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although ÀCHEVAL will do its best to protect The Customer personal information, transmission of personal information to and from ÀCHEVAL Site is at The Customer own risk. The Customer should only access the services within a secure environment. 


When The Customer enters his/her personal information on ÀCHEVAL website, ÀCHEVAL uses encryption technology to protect The Customer information as it is transmitted to ÀCHEVAL.

  1. Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting The Customer can activate to signal his/her privacy preference not to have data about his/her online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, ÀCHEVAL does not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates The Customer choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that ÀCHEVAL must follow in the future, ÀCHEVAL will inform The Customer about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy. 



  1. California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code permits ÀCHEVAL users who are California residents to request and obtain from ÀCHEVAL, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) ÀCHEVAL disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which ÀCHEVA shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If The Customer is under 18 years of age, resides in California, and has a registered account with the Site, he/she has the right to request removal of unwanted data that he/she publicly post on the Site. Doral, FL. 33178, and include the email address associated with The Customer account and a statement that he/she resides in California. ÀCHEVAL will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Site, but please The Customer must be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from ÀCHEVAL systems. 


California Do Not Track Disclosure 

Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. At this time, ÀCHEVAL does not respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals.

The Customer can review and change certain personal information related to his/her uses of ÀCHEVAL online site. To access his/her information at a ÀCHEVAL website, sign in to The Customer account using email address and password, and The Customer will be able to edit his/her personal information in his/her account profile.



  1. How do I make choices about receiving promotional communications?

ÀCHEVAL wants to be in touch with The Customer only if he/she wants to know from us. The Customer can click on the self-service unsubscribe link ÀCHEVAL Unsubscribe.


The Customer must include his/her full name and the email address he/she used when he/she registered with or made a purchase from the ÀCHEVAL. If The Customer ask ÀCHEVAL to remove his/her name and address from promotional lists, ÀCHEVAL will maintain his/her name in a "do not contact" file to ensure that ÀCHEVAL can honor his/her request. It may take up to 20 days to process The Customer email request and 10-12 weeks to process The Customer postal mail request, during which period The Customer may continue to receive communications from ÀCHEVAL.


If The Customer wants to be re include in the promotional communications, he/she can start receiving promotional communications from ÀCHEVAL again by logging into his/her online account and changing his/her preferences, by signing up when he/she visits ÀCHEVAL websites.


The Customer must take in account that when he/she makes an online purchase from ÀCHEVAL, ÀCHEVAL will continue to confirm his/her order status and shipment by email. ÀCHEVAL may also need to contact The Customer by other communications ways.



  1. How does ÀCHEVAL protect kids' privacy?

ÀCHEVAL is concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the Internet. ÀCHEVAL will never knowingly request personally identifiable information online from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. ÀCHEVAL website is general audience site and is not targeted to or intended for use by children.



  1. "Phishing" and suspicious email 

"Phishing" is a scam designed to steal The Customer personal information. If The Customer receive an email that looks like it is from ÀCHEVAL asking you for his/her personal information, The Customer must do not respond. ÀCHEVAL will never request The Customer password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through email.


The Customer must do not click links or open any files attached to suspicious, unsolicited emails. If The Customer believes his/her personal computer has been compromised as a result of the scam, please consult an IT professional and the authorities. 



  1.  Does ÀCHEVAL make updates to this policy?

ÀCHEVAL may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If ÀCHEVAL makes material changes to this privacy policy, ÀCHEVAL may notify The Customer either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending The Customer a notification. We encourage The Customer to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how ÀCHEVAL is protecting The Customer information.
